After graduating from Texas A&M University, Chad spent ten years in corporate sales before discovering his true passion for helping people find their perfect piece of land. In 2006, he joined Lone Star Land Partners, and he hasn’t looked back since. Born in Lubbock and proud to call the Hill Country home, Bobby Gage has deep roots in Burnet County. After graduating from Burnet High School and attending Texas Tech University, he made his way back to his hometown — a place he knows inside and out. His local knowledge, especially when it comes to the lifestyle, land, and outdoor experiences that make the Texas Hill Country so special, helps out-of-town buyers feel right at home. Whether it's hunting, fishing, or checking out the newest land offerings from National Land Partners, Bobby loves spending time outdoors and staying connected to the land. For the past 7 years, he’s built a strong reputation as one of NLP’s most trusted land consultants, helping hundreds of buyers find just the right property. When he’s not out walking land with clients, Bobby enjoys quality time with his wife, their two teenage sons, and their new baby daughter. Kyle joined our team after a successful 15-year career as a private business owner, where he gained invaluable experience in delivering exceptional customer service. He had already spent four years working part-time in land sales, and making the transition to full-time was an easy decision. "The opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives every day was a major motivator for me," Kyle says. Known for his warm and approachable nature, Kyle takes great pride in building strong, lasting relationships with his clients. A true Texan at heart, he lives locally with his wife, two dogs, a cat, and a growing "family" of well-fed neighborhood deer.

Before transitioning into land sales, Rob spent nearly 20 years in the IT and professional services industry in Central Texas, where he honed his skills in customer service and problem-solving. Outside of work, Rob is deeply involved in sports, coaching baseball and football, including teams with his four children - Tyler, Jake, Coby, and Kaila.
